Flat Washers & External-Tooth Lock Washers
Designed for use with bolts, screws, and nuts. Flat washers enlarge the bearing area, distribute clamping load, and help protect the mounting surface, while external-tooth lock washers engage the contact surface with radial teeth to increase resistance to rotational loosening.
This product range includes flat washers and external-tooth lock washers. Flat washers feature a simple annular design and are installed between the bolt head, screw head, or nut and the workpiece. They provide a stable bearing surface, distribute clamping pressure, and help reduce localized indentation or surface damage. External-tooth lock washers feature evenly distributed radial teeth around the outer edge. When tightened, the teeth engage the underside of the fastener and the mating surface, increasing rotational resistance in assemblies requiring supplementary locking performance.
