With arms extending 180° in opposite directions, the extra-long moment arms and multi-coil energy storage deliver powerful, stable return torque for large-stroke opening and closing mechanisms.
Precision cold-wound from SUS304 stainless steel wire, the multi-coil tightly wound body significantly increases elastic energy storage capacity. The two extra-long straight arms extend in opposite 180° directions to form a classic V-shape layout, maximizing moment arm length so the spring delivers substantial return torque at relatively small deflection angles. The smooth, burr-free arm ends can be seated directly onto support shafts or pin slots. The stainless steel body requires no coating and provides outstanding corrosion resistance, particularly suited for long-term high-frequency use in outdoor agricultural or humid industrial environments.
