Special-Shaped Frame-Leg Zinc-Plated Torsion Spring
Features an asymmetric design with a single straight leg on one end and a triangular frame leg on the other, combining torque output with structural positioning for precise return and force transmission in complex assembly scenarios.
Integrally cold-formed from high-quality carbon steel wire with no welded joints for uniform strength throughout. The single straight-leg end inserts onto a fixed pivot pin, while the triangular frame-leg end creates a surface contact rather than point contact with the force-receiving component, significantly reducing stress concentration risk and improving reliability and durability under high-torque conditions. Zinc plating provides solid corrosion resistance for outdoor or humid environments. The full arm geometry is customizable to fit various complex mechanism installation requirements.
